Assistant Instructor, 1st Degree Black Belt
Neil Capper started training in Tae Kwon Do rather late in life, at the tender age of 35. Within 4 years he has managed to attain his 1 st Degree Black belt and pass his parts 1 and 2 instructors course, which qualifies him as a registered instructor with the T.A.G.B (tae Kwon Do Association of Great Britain) and the B.T.C. (British Tae kwon Do Council). He has his full Indemnity Insurance, an enhanced CRB (Criminal Records Bureau) check and is a qualified first aider.
Before training in Tae Kwon Do he spent 9 years in the military as an infantry soldier. He has spent some time learning Karate and unarmed combat while in the army, but has since found Tae Kwon Do to be his favourite. He particularly likes the discipline, fitness, friendship and social life that Tae Kwon Do provides.
Neil is one of our assistant instructors at the Elland, Halifax club.
